Only hours after getting home from the roadside bars tour I got a call from Holler Annie herself, Angaleena Presley, for a last minute fill-in gig. So it was off to her homeland to play the Eastern Kentucky Expo Center, and then the East coast Old Theatre in Oriental, NC. It was fun playing steel and mando like I used to with the Annies and the crowds were great…but I stopped short of wearing a cowboy hat during the show.
